REFUND POLICY FOR FOLDERSYNC

This Refund Policy applies to direct purchases of FolderSync and FolderSync Desktop made through our website where Paddle is the Merchant of Record. Paddle processes the payment and handles billing-related customer service for these orders.

If you purchased through Google Play, Apple, Microsoft, Steam, or another third-party marketplace, refunds are handled under that store's own refund rules and procedures.

14-day refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date for eligible direct purchases made through Paddle.

When a refund may be granted

  • Your request is submitted within 14 days of purchase.

  • You include enough information for Paddle or us to identify the order, such as the order number or the email address used for the purchase.

  • The purchase was made directly from foldersync.io through Paddle.

When this policy does not apply

  • Orders placed through app stores or other resellers not operated by Paddle.

  • Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date.

  • Chargebacks, payment disputes, or suspected fraudulent transactions, which may require separate review by Paddle or the payment provider.

How to request a refund

For Paddle orders, the fastest option is to use the support or help link included in your Paddle receipt email so Paddle can locate your transaction directly. You can also contact us at kd.ticat@troppus and include your order number, the purchase email address, and a short description of the issue.

What happens after approval

If a refund is approved, Paddle will return the payment to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and bank, so the refunded amount may take several business days to appear.

If your issue is technical and you would prefer help instead of a refund, please see our support page. We will try to resolve installation, activation, or product issues before a refund is necessary.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time by publishing a revised version on this page. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase unless otherwise required by law.
