Local network connections fail on Android 17 after upgrading to FolderSync v4.9.3+
Google introduced a strict Local Area Network permission requirement in Android 17 for apps targeting the new SDK. Without it, all local socket connections (SMB, FTP, NFS, etc.) to local IP addresses will be blocked by the OS.
Resolution: FolderSync version 4.9.4 includes the required permission declarations. You can grant it on the permissions screen in Android.
You can also toggle it manually in Android OS settings: * Path: System Settings > Apps > FolderSync > Permissions > Local Area Network -> Set to Allow.
